I had a very pleasant recent experience with Car Toys. Recently they clearly made some organizational changes creating direct client engagement with their installation teams rather then through a “sales” person acting as middleman. This meant my requests, questions, and answers were with the person who could directly execute. This all made for an excellent experience, and I would recommends them to anyone.

Everyone at Cartoys Salem was extremely helpful. We had a stereo, Xm radio, remote start and backup camera installed here last Friday. From start to finish Outstanding. We had questions about operation of equipment later and Larry was the best. It is a delight to experience customer service like we received here.
