The Car Toys Promise

We strive to exceed your expectations as a Car Toys customer. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase we will help you return it or work with you on finding the best fit. Our goal is to make the return process as easy and painless as possible for our customers.

Return Instructions

In-Store Purchases
  1. 1. Within 30 days, pack up the item in brand new condition, complete with all contents and product packaging.

(Restock fees apply for incomplete returns.)

2. Gather your receipt, or if unavailable we will attempt to locate your purchase in our system.

3. Return your item to any Car Toys retail location. Find a Store.

Online Purchases

1. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) BEFORE returning any items to ensure a proper refund or credit.

2. Pack up the item in brand new condition, complete with all contents and product packaging.

(We may include a deduction on refunds for incomplete returns.)

3. Print the free postage label provided by the Car Toys Customer Care Team and be sure to cover over or cross out the original label prior to shipping.

4. Ship back to Car Toys. Address can be found on the RA form.

Some banks can take up to 5 days to process refunds. If you haven't seen yours by the 6th day please contact us.

Important Considerations

Refund Details
  • All refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment. Cash refunds over $150.00 will be issued in the form of a check within 14 business days. Refunds to credit/debits cards can only be issued to the same card used for the original purchase. Financed/Lease to own credits will be posted to the finance/lease to own company to be refunded within 7 to 10 days based on the status of your account.

  • Due to the special nature of ordering non-stocked merchandise, special orders may not be returned for refund or credit. Special orders are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Special orders require a non-refundable deposit. Vehicle specific special orders must be paid in full when placing the order and are non-refundable and non-returnable. All other special orders and Stealth Boxes require a 50% non-refundable deposit instore. (100% non-refundable with on-line purchases).

  • No cash will be issued for purchases made with a Car Toys Gift Card or a promotional card. A store credit will be issued which is redeemable up to 90 days after issue. Store Credit may be used toward any merchandise or services at Car Toys.
On-line Orders/Pick Up in Stores
  1. All orders are held for 5 days without special arrangement.
