1. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) BEFORE returning any items to ensure a proper refund or credit.
2. Pack up the item in brand new condition, complete with all contents and product packaging.
(We may include a deduction on refunds for incomplete returns.)
3. Print the free postage label provided by the Car Toys Customer Care Team and be sure to cover over or cross out the original label prior to shipping.
