The JD250/1 is designed with convenience in mind. Controls are located on the input panel for easy access, while power and speaker connections are housed on the opposite side of its durable extruded aluminum chassis. The amplifier includes essential signal processing features such as a 12 dB/octave low-pass filter with a continuously adjustable frequency range from 50 to 500 Hz and a variable bass boost EQ for added tuning flexibility.
Its dual-range, differential-balanced inputs accept both line-level and speaker-level signals, offering versatility in integration. Automatic turn-on capabilities—via signal sensing or DC-offset sensing—make installation seamless, while preamp outputs allow for easy signal passing to additional amplifiers in your system.
Precision and Control
Setting input sensitivity is effortless with the onboard LED-clipping indicator ring, which surrounds the input sensitivity control. This intuitive feature lets you fine-tune your amplifier quickly and accurately without the need for specialized tools. For added convenience, the JD250/1 supports the optional RBC-1 remote level control (sold separately), enabling you to adjust subwoofer levels directly from the driver’s seat.
