Car Toys Suzuki SX4 Giveaway Contest - OFFICIAL RULES

HOW TO ENTER:
Contestants may enter beginning May1st, 2009 at any Car Toys location, or by mailing your name, address and phone number to Car Toys headquarters at Suzuki SX4 Contest, 20 West Galer, Seattle, WA 98119. Entry forms may also be found online at www.cartoys.com, but must be either submitted to a Car Toys location or mailed to the address above to qualify. An entry submitted to a Car Toys location must be received by 6:00 PM local time on November 30th, 2009. An entry submitted by mail must be properly addressed and postmarked on or before November 30th, 2009.

DRAWING:
On January 5th, 2010, one contestant’s entry will be randomly selected by drawing from all entries timely submitted. Entrant need not be present to win.

PRIZES:
A Suzuki SX4 vehicle installed with custom audio, video, and navigation equipment will be awarded. SX4 approximate retail value is $23,883. The prize is guaranteed to be awarded. The odds of winnings depends on the total number of entries received. The winner will be notified by mail or telephone within ten (10) days of drawing. All promotional signage and logos will be removed from the exterior body of the vehicle before delivery to the prize winner. Car Toys will arrange for delivery to the winning contestant.

CONDITIONS AND RULES:
All contestants must be 18 years of age or older, and be a legal resident of the United States. Identification will be required and verified. Winner assumes all federal, state, and local tax liability including sales tax in the state where the winner resides, and any other fee, including registration fee associated with the contestant acquiring ownership. No cash or other substitutions will be permitted. The winner’s name, photo, likeness, voice, and/or video may be used without compensation in post promotional marketing efforts at the sole discretion of Car Toys, for not less than 3 years from the date the prize is awarded. No employee or immediate relative of an employee of Car Toys or Wireless Advocates, participating sponsor or vendor, or promotional media partner may enter or win this contest. In the event the selected winner declines or fails to meet the above requirements, an alternate winner will be selected in the manner described above.
